The new printing head arrived damaged. The seller refuses to replace the product and accuses me of damaging it. They sent me a used and scratched head, and I noticed it was damaged after the first test right after it arrived. They don't respond to messages and ignore me. Everything is a fairy tale until they sell you the product!
